I went to see my daughter yesterday before the rains started up again. Wow, the cemetary got hammered! I live in Northern Calif., and the storm broke branches off trees and made quite a mess. My daughters grave only had a few small branches on it, which I cleaned off. I tried to clean up some of the graves close to my daughter (flower pots overturned, etc.). When I visit my daughter I like to visit a few graves on my way out. These are graves that go back to the mid-1800s, and I figure they haven't had many visitors. It helps to visit others when I go visit my daughter. It gives me a chance to reflect on how much love is directed toward the cemetary by all the family members and loved ones. It helps to know I am not alone.

You are a wonderful person to do that. Mom and I go everyday to visit Dad and we drive around and visit the graves and stop by and visit the ppl we know as its a huge cementary in the middle of town. Yes, it helps to know that we are not alone. Take care. Love and hugs.
