Interestingly enough...  my days are not as bad as I think they are. I wish I could see that, and stopped making myself miserable with so much negativity.  I need to take charge of my life..   Do things to make myself happy.   I am doing some progress on that...  I am very happy with the progress I have done regarding exercise, and outdoor activities.  My life could be so much more...   If I only let it all go, and started enjoying my days.  Anxiety and depression cloud my days.. and it is not doing much for me...   I need to keep tryingStay Positive..Stay activeDo things that make me happyStop thinking about my ex...
