Hi everyone.....
I have had a pretty good week since my stumble and feel a hell of a lot better. Its strange how guilty i felt when I busted I never used to feel like that but this time it was different maybe its because i now realise that this is one tough problem to overcome and its not easy for any of us. So as i said I feeling a lot better and I hope to keep feeling this way.
