Hello Everyone !
Well its been a few days sincr i last posted. All is going well staying away from the machines and seem to be getting a few things done around the house that needed doing but seemed to take a backseat while I was gambling.But as they say its no good looking back so I try to concentrate on whats going on today and in the future rather than what went on in the past. Not sure how long I have been G/F as I dont count the days just try to make each day count but any G/F day is a good one.
I am going away with work for a few days this week so I will post again on my return.
Looking forward to not gambling and feeling good about myself for the coming week and I hope you all do the same.
I hope you are all doing ok and keeping up the fight against this addiction we share.
