Hi everyone...........Sorry i havent posted for a while as i have been very busy with work and doing some renovations to my house.
All is going well as I said in my last post I had a little stumble along the road to recovery but am back on track again with all gamble free for a while now.......as I have said before i dont count the days but try to make the days count.
I hope you are all doing ok in your quest to beat this problem we face but in my opinion the only way to be it is to face it and then realise how much it can stuff up our lives. As i said earlier i have been keeping myself busy with other intrests and this seems to be helping me stay away from the places i shouldnt be going.
I hope you are all well and in good health. once again i apoloogise for being a bit slack in the posting department and will try to be a bit more regular.
