Hi All......
Well another few days gamble free and it feels good.Another busy week coming up so hopefully that will keep me out of harms way but I am very aware that I can become vunerable at these times so I will have to be wary of putting myself into a dangerous situation but i'm feeling pretty good about it at the moment and hopefully have the strength to beat the urge.
