Hello Everyone.........
Well i havent been on for a few days but all is still well.Trying to keep the positive thoughts happening and it seems to be working ok but I am only too aware that I cannot afford to let my guard down after a few weeks of no gambling.I just need to think positive and get in here as much as i can. Hope your all well and keeping strong .

Hey Pete, thats right I can testify to that notion of not letting your guard down :) Glad your return to work wasn\'t traumatic after a break. I always liked to go back after holidays not so much anymore. Keep positive, it sound such a good policy I might do it too big hugs
