Hi all...Well tuesday was a good day as well no gambling but i have to admit i had a little stumble on wednesday so i'm pretty dissapointed with myself about that.It wasnt a disaster or anything like that but it just reconfirmed to me that i cant put myself in that situation anymore.
So with that off my chest today was a good day and i'm looking forward to a gamble free weekend and thanks for taking the time to read my journal.

hey Pete, stumbled but didn\'t fall and you learned something today, you can\'t put yourself there, today I cancelled a work do and a visit because I didn\'t have the strength to not gamble, it was a relief as soon as I did it. It a learning curve, so start day 1 and you have one new thing for the toolbox, distancing hugs to you
