Hello everyone........ well its been a gamble free weekend so thats a good thing. I'm feeling a lot better than i have been so thanks for the encouragment. Had our work xmas party last night and it was a great night it's always good to get out and have a laugh socialise much better than sitting in front of a machine !
So its been a good weekend Mondays can sometimes be tough for me but i'm gonna take it as it comes and at this stage have no intention to gamble. I'll let you know how i go ........

Just for today Pete we will not gamble, its great that you are enjoying activities that don\'t involve gambling. Going out to Venues is a misnomer isn\'t it, even if someone goes with you, you don\'t really want them to actually talk to you, it distract us from \'the machine\' and it a one way relationship. Real people give back, we dont want them to payback, much healthier. Hope monday is not too tough hugs
