well hello again. its been a few days since i joined here and i feel better already.thank you to the people who took the time to read my journal and for leaving your messages of encouragment. belive me it has helped.i have been gamble free since i joined and am really hoping to stay on the right road even if it can get a little bumpy at times. but so far so good and taking each day at a time. best wishes

This road is like a rollercoaster ride, but soon the road levels out. Its never completely and totally smooth, but it does get easier to navigate this \'road in recovery\". just keep doing it one day at a time, you can do it, and we are all here for you
