   It was a good day.  Jennie-Rae called just to catch up, I love that she does that!  She booked her DJ so that's one thing off the list!  She said they might come up for the lobster fest, just have to figure out the logistics.
  We looked a few more houses, one potential.  We met with the realtor who will make some phone calls to help us present our creative financing:  rent to own.  The possibility is there, just not a whole lot.
   Everything has been smooth sailing, though I get bored.  I put in an exercise video to break up the day and my fat!  lol
