Sick

I'm not complaining, I'm just really sick.  I have had morning sickness better of the last 4 days. I got up nearly 5 times to pee last night.  My mom passed earlier this year, my oldest and dearest friend is a mom to 3 and often too busy to answer the phone; I have no one else to vent to.  Any honest words of encouragement welcome.
