I go for a 6 month check up ultrasound for my thyroid.  I am currently very hoarse have been this way for a week now.  I think it is just a cold but cant help but be a little worried.  Wish me luck!  also my gp (a new one because i moved) said I need to see an encronologist (something like that) for my thyroid.  no one has ever mentioned me seeing a specialist.  She said lets get the ultrasound and go from there. (btw I have thyroid cyst that they found back in Feb when they did a repeat ct scan for something else.)
