Saturday morning, I wake up at 5 am.  Just can't sleep and thinking about my sbtx and her telling me in a text that she is happy with her new bf.  I struggle with letting her go and I don't quite know why.  Nineteen years married and I am the faithful type.  I never cheated and would have kept working to fix our marraige.  She gave up.  She is not talking to the kids and I am sad, angry and obsessed.  I wish I could just let it go but I don't know how.  I pray but that doesn't relieve the feelings of lonlieness.  How did my life wind up like this?  So sad.

You will get through this. I am where you are at. It hurts so much to have it all go away. There is an emptiness in you. You need to focus on the kids and yourself. The kids need you to be the stable one. Hang in there.

I know it\'s hard. What I\'ve started doing is handing over my fears, worries, etc over to God. It\'s been almost 3 months now since he left and officially started dating his teenage girlfriend. I know that I\'ve experienced all the emotions, and sometimes, still do. But those feelings are no longer beneficial to me, they just hurt me. So, I hand them over. It will get better.

I know how you feel. My husband told me he had feelings for another woman a few days ago and left. Every single thing I do is a challenge. When my alarm goes off I just want to stay in bed. We shared so much together, he is all I\'ve ever known. I wish I could tell you things get better, but I can\'t because I\'m not so sure myself. I\'ve made a deal with myself to take care of myself, start exercising and working on me. Stay strong and if you ever want to talk email me.

I am sorry for the pain you are experincing. I too wanted to make it work, but when someone new enters the picture it just makes it almost impossible.

It is so hard to continue living a \"normal\" life after someone we trusted with our heart, just stomps all over it. The worst part is what the kids have to deal with and it hurts us as good parents to see that. I wanted to make it work too, but there was no way he would go to counseling - he had already made up his mind. Stay strong - you will come out on top !!

Isn\'t it amazing how blase they can be when they have moved on with no thought as to what a text message or an e-mail to do? I can\'t believe she did that to you. I feel for you. I wake up between 4 and 5 every morning and toss and turn until my alarm goes off.
