Been slipping on my journal entries. Skipped a few days lately. Living life seems to be interfering with my DS time. Not a bad thing...probably a good sign. My mind has been spinning a little thinking about tommorrow.  The day that my ex left 1 yr ago. Thinking about what I want and need to say about it. Hopefully next year June 14 will just be another day but this year it has been sitting in front of me..like a brick wall that I need to climb over or crash through. Thats my job for tommorrow. Today will be a happier day. Also a busy one. Summer hasn't slowed things down much around here. The evenings are a lot more fun. No homework. Just playing. The kids already have that summer look. They are both tan from being outside and going swimming. They come inside at night tired and dirty. They are both doing well and having fun. Just what kids are supposed to do. Ex is in Florida right now..getting ready to bring his Mother back to SC until November. I am not going to rush over there. he will have the kids on Fathers day so they can see her then. I know that I will run into her soon ( no..not with my car). I think I am ready to be nice. Happy Wednesday!

It\'s a good thing your not on DS as much. We do miss you, but it\'s a sign that your moving on with your life. HUGS to help you through tomorrow. One year date will be a difficult one. Mine is in about three weeks. Try and just have fun. Take the kids and do something special even if it\'s something small (ice cream is always good, LOL)

Good to see the kids are being kids and having a good summer. That\'s what life is all about.

That line about coming in at night tired and dirty brought back memories from my summers as a kid. I\'d take off on my bike in the morning but always made it home for dinner that night! The only thing that\'s changed is my bike is bigger.
