Just when I thought I couldn't take much more yesterday..I didn't have to.

Just finished my journal entry and ex called..said that he wished he would have thought about it but he could keep the kids overnight if he had thier stuff. NO PROBLEM!! I packed thier stuff and left it on the front porch. Went out to dinner with a friend. Came home to a quiet house, a glass of wine and a long talk with a great guy. Ex had never kept the kids during the week before. I figured it was a God thing..SOMEONE knew that I needed a break yesterday.

Sometimes I forget that God has MY back. I need to remember that.

Funny  Reece Story..

Reece has a girlfriend. Her name is Lindsey. I know that they love each other because she writes little pink hearts on the palms of his hands with her name in the middle..and he lets her.

I bought Reece a little vacuum when I bought mine on Sunday.  He is the one that likes to be my helper.

Reece and Lindsey were playing outside..came in and Reece was showing her his vacuum..and started vacuuming with it.

I left the room..came back in a few minutes. Lindsey was pushing the vacuum and Reece was sitting on the couch. watching cartoons. Remote in hand. He told me that Lindsey could vacuum..he wanted to watch TV.

I laughed and wondered..learned behavior or something in the male gene???

I told Lindsey that, in the future, she should only write cute little hearts on the hands of a boy that will help her vacuum.

Work is not going to be any better today but my attitude is.
