Still Waiting

i talked to the banker this  morning and told him we were having a one year anniversary Gospel sing at my church on Sunday, June 24th.  I told him we would like to be able to announce that we have a new church home.  I asked him of he thought we could do that on that day.  His answer was, "maybe, I haven't received anything from the Title work people yet".   Why couldn't he have said, your loan is approved, all we are waiting on is the title search!!!!!  Would that have been so difficult?????  Man, this is frustrating!!!!!!!

UPDATE: 6/19/2012

I called the title work people this morning to get an update on this project.  They said they completed this title search and faxed everythkng to the bank yesterday.  I will contact the bank tomorrow and see what the next step is and when.  Hopefully, it will be an ok on the loan and a closing date set.
