Well, it's been a few days, but my darn computer at home is not working right, darn it! Maybe it has fm also! LOL! Went to the doc yesterday and he said pretty much everything I already knew... shoulder, neck and back pain and numbness is from a mix of FM and my neck problems. The sweats, eyes tearing constantly and a host of other things, not excluding not being able to sleep cuz of night sweats, caused from the big M (menopause). The stinging and numbness in the hands is caused from carpel tunnel. So,He thinks I should try low estrogen hormone replacement therapy, ambien for the sleep trouble, hand braces( the only name I can think of right now for them, darn fibro fog!)for the carpel tunnel. If the stinging in my neck and the shooting pains down the sides of my legs doesn't stop, he will have me do a MRI and possibly physical therapy, depending upon what the results from the MRI are. In the meantime, since I haven't been taking my calcium for awhile, he wants me to get back on the calcium, cuz he says that can cause leg cramping, too. There is great news with the new grandbaby that will be here in June...it's a girl! Yay! Since she has a boy already, this is wonderful news. Baby is very healthy, too. So, now we are all caught up. I feel great today! Hope you all are having a wonderful day, too.
