I'm losing my mind. Its thanksgiving and I'm with my family and trying to have a good day. It's so hard though with my ex on my mind. I was talking to my friend on the phone today and I was talking to him about my ex boyfriend who he knows well too and I was looking back on our relationship. I was explaining it to him and I began to cry because there was a time when I was the happiest person alive and so was he. and things have been so rough lately and we broke up about a week or so ago. It feels like its been months!
It's my ex's senior year so there must be a lot of stress on him as it is. I want to be there to support him but I can't because he won't even talk to me. I want to give him space but It's so hard to.
I'm trying to get better for myself more than anybody. I'm trying to learn to be confident, independent, kind and be the outgoing, funny, smart, loving, nurturing person that He met last summer (2006). I love him with all my heart and if he reads this I want him to know that and that I'm trying really hard.

Keep trying, but for yourself, not for your ex. If he knows what is good for him, he will see it in you. You sound very caring, wanting to be there for him and all. See it as his loss, not yours. You deserve someone that is going to be there for you, too.
i know you are my dear one; trying to get better. i can read that in the words you have choosen, and wish you all the best. may the anger get less, and you be blessed every day of your life.
with kindness.
