Good Sunday morning to you all, and Happy Easter. Since my last entry, I've been kinda flip-flopping, one day I'll feel good and the next day I'll feel like crap. Oh well, I guess that's the nature of the MS beast. I'm just trying to muddle through until my next neuro appointment, which is on the 31st. Hopefully we will be able to figure out what my problem is, whether it's the Betaseron, or beginnings of menopause, I just know something is wrong. I went to my sister's house yesterday with my mom, and I went and crawled in my nephews bed when we got there, and didn't even want to play with him. And that makes me feel so bad, 'cause he's just a kid and doesn't understand why Auntie Deb doesn't want to sit in the floor and play with tractors. Hopefully I can make it up to him someday soon.   Y'all will never believe what I did with Norman the other day, I BRUSHED HIS TEETH!! At his vet visit the other day, the vet said we need to have his teeth cleaned, which we will do, but I thought it would be a good idea to brush them too. When we asked the vet about brushing them, he laughed and said "Good luck." Well he don't know Norman as good as we do, so I went to PetSmart and bought a kitty toothbrush and toothpaste, and he actually let me do it. He didn't like it, but he tolerated it because I'm his mama, lol. He was like, "Hurry up mama, this is so undignified." Even Greg was amazed that he had let me do it.    On Tuesday of this past week, I saw my cousin that I haven't seen in a couple of years or so. We had a family get-together for him and his wife and daughter. He got back from his 2nd or 3rd  tour of duty in Iraq in December, and this is the first time they've had time to come home. They are the neatest little family, his wife is the most awesome young person I know, and their daughter is just something else. He seems to be miraculously well adjusted, and I am so proud of him.   Anyway, I guess that's about all that's been going on in my world this week. I'm just sitting here now debating on what I'm going to have the energy to do today. I've got to get something done, my house is a wreck and even I'm sick of looking at it. Y'all have a great day, and we'll talk soon. Love ya' all, Deb.

Hi Deb, HAPPY EASTER TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. Yes, this MS is something one day to the other you never know how you will feel. It is just something you learn to tolerate and on those bad days you just have to rest. There will be plenty of other times to Play with your nephew.

I tried the dog brushing and my Black Lab even on 17 years did not want anything to do with it. Amazing though he has great white nice teeth...Maybe it is the dog healthy chews I get him...

Glad to hear you had some time to Visit with your cousin. 3 tours, I hope that will be it for him. My next door neighbor has been there 3 times as well as all he told me was the last time it was a close one. He seems to be well adjusted, but he said so much bloodshed and so many young ones killed. It has got to be hard to accept.

Good Luck at the Drs. Appt and let me know how you make out....My MS Dr not till April 22, but Heart Dr is on Wednesday and Family Dr on Monday.....Hate all these darn Drs appts.

HAVE A GREAT EASTER.....

Love ya.

Hi Deb, A week from tomorrow your Neuro appt. Wishing you the best in getting some answers so you can start feeling better.
That\'s nice you had a terrific visit with your cousin and his family. Great for all of you.
I don\'t think my doggie, \"Digit\" (Border Collie & Australian Sheperd)would let me brush her teeth. That doesn\'t mean I\'m not going to try. Will give another challenge next week. Giggle...She will probalbly think I have really lost it. Maybe I\'ll try persuading her with treats.
Anyway, have a good week and good luck nect Monday. Take care, Sheryl
