Well, another quiet day here at home. We had a small ice storm/freezing rain last night, so my bossman called me this morning and told me not to worry about coming in. There were numerous traffic accidents and closed roads in my immediate area, so I thought my boss was kinda smart, lol. I am going to call my neuro in the next couple of days to get a followup appointment for all this trouble I've had lately. I will also discuss the possibility of SPMS with him, it's something I've had in the back of my mind for quite awhile now. I've been RRMS for 16 years now, and my husband has told me he has been having the same thoughts. He has noticed things that I haven't, such as changes in my gait, loss of balance, etc. I have noticed more of the cognitive issues, and eye problems. I'm sure the doc will want to do another MRI, it's been about a year since I've had one, so I guess I have that to look forward to. Anyway, if it turns out that I'm SPMS, it ain't really no big deal. MS will always be a sonofabitch no matter what stage it's in, and it's just something I have to deal with.
