Saturday morning, 2nd cup of coffee, I think I'm sufficiently awake enough now to write. I love this journaling thing, I've never done it before, but it's so nice to be able to get things off your chest and know that your friends here won't judge you too harshly. I don't have anything to get off my chest today, just making an observation. My right eye is holding it's own I guess, it's not totally cleared up, but it's not any worse. The blurriness comes and goes, and is especially blurry when I get really tired, or overheated, or extremely stressed about something. The other day, my mom and I had to go to the grocery store, and I told her I'd drive because she was not feeling that well, and she asked me if I was sure, and I said, "You don't feel good and I can't half see, take your pick." Seriously though, I can see well enough to drive, although I am extremely cautious. I do so love sitting here at my window in the mornings with my coffee. Norman (the cat) is on his little window perch, watching for anything that moves in the yard, and I'm looking out at the woods watching for deer. Don't know what I'd do if I saw one, I'd love to put one in the freezer, but unfortunately, I don't own a rifle. About 6 weeks ago, my cousin got a 19 point (YES, 19 POINTS!!) buck in her own backyard. It was written up in the local newspaper, it was the biggest deer killed in our area in history I believe. (Those of you that aren't hunters, please forget this part and forgive me) My husband will not eat venison, so there's no need for me to ever go hunting, but it's something I would like to do someday. Anyway, I guess I've written enough for now, everyone have a lovely weekend and I'll write again soon.

I enjoyed my coffee today watching the birds eating away. Max the cat by the patio door just watching all of them. Dog laying on my feet. It has warmed up again here, about 80 again today, but humidity is gone and it is dry. I too have been having the blurring of the eyes. Something new for me. How is Norman doing? 19 point wow that is a big one. I have the rifle but not the deer. Richard was an avid gun and bow hunter of deer when he lived up in Wisconsin for a time. It was the one thing he loved to do there. He said he always got a deer. I tired it one time, and it tasted gamey to me. Richard said they did not clean it properly, he said there is nothing as fine as the meat from the backstrap. Someday, I will again try it. Maybe one day you will get your wish and go hunting.

Have a wonderful Saturday. LOL
