BRRRR!!!!!!!! It's frickin' cold here! Those of you that live up north may laugh, but it's only 17 degrees here in NC, which is super duper cold to us. I don't deal as well with the cold as I used to, it seems to bring out the aches and pains more these days. I don't know if that's age or MS, but I know I don't like it. So I'm sitting here drinking my coffee trying to warm up before I have to get in the shower. At least it's Friday. I've done so well at work this week that I don't think I will need to work tomorrow. And oh, I forgot to mention this....in one of my earlier journal posts, I had mentioned that I might be fired because I switched computer monitors at work for a flat panel that wasn't being used because it's much easier on my eyes. Well, all my bossman said was, "Good. I'm glad it helps you." I think I like my job.

This IS an arctic blast to us, lol. I don\'t see how you guys up north do it. And when it comes to snow and ice, I\'m the biggest wuss in the world. Just like I don\'t drive on interstates, I do NOT drive in the snow and ice.
yeah, I\'m not one for snow and ice either, but if I have to, I do.. was easier before the MS got me good in 2002, now I really try to avoid it.
This is one of the reasons I think my NC friend my say NO to me, she grew up in upstate NY, I\'m sure she remembers some horrible winters.
Ya get used to it though... I can\'t imagine how people live much more North of me where they really get spanked.
I was in Raleigh in 1988 when 1/2\" closed down the town for a day, but it was mixed, so ice was involved too

ha ha -- It was -22C here on Thursday , which is around -7.6F. Warmer today and tomorrow it\'s supposed to go up to +7 !! Yes, I live in Canada!!
