Yesterday the humidity was high and made my arthritis suck! And last night my hip knew the storm was coming before I did! Today I am much better! Unless u count the fact that after I came back home from working with my husband I went and weeded front and back gardens! Boy am I tired! MY feet hurt, my kneeshurt,my lower back is a little sore and lets face it I practally hurt from head to toe! But I'm trying to be smart and put weed and feed in the garden this time! Now all i have to do is remember to do it when it's needed again so i dont have to go thru that again! So anyways besides that I'm great!!! Have a happy and painless day! :)

ooh sounds like you need a nice bath to soak in! I\'m still waiting for the spring to arrive on my end and I\'m envious that you can do the gardening now and I can\'t :( .. real happy you\'re doin great!!

Sorry to hear that you were hurting! Remember that we have to limit ourselves, something that I have no concept of! My grand daughter Cami wants me to go out and sun with her, will be back shortly.
