had a screwy day yesterday, i could do my yoga because i had thought it came on at 11am instead of 11:30am. so i decided i'll do it later when it comes on at 5:30pm but i was wrong again it came on at 5pm and i still didn't catch it ! well my head was screwed on right today and i did get to do my yoga. i sure hope the rest of my day works so well!

went to wal-mart tonight and while i am walking around and didn\'t touch anything except the shopping cart, i start to breakout in hives on my thigh. a little while later a small rash the size of a nickle appears on the crease of my arm. about 10 years ago i would just get a red and hot feeling ear. i wonder whats next!
i was watching the news the other night about germs and things. they said that the handles on shopping carts carry the most germs!!! they advised to bring a towel to lay on the handle before you push it. unreal inso?? i never think of that stuff when i am shopping. i do use a lot of hand sanitizer at home but guess i will have to bring it along shopping, haha. hope you are alright now. is you rash due to nerves or anything like that. i know every year my son and daughter get poison ivy really bad!!! they have to go to the dr. and get something for it, man that stuff gets nasty. hope all is well now with you.
