Not feeling to good tonight.  Had a good day, exercised a fair bit and I have lost 2 kg in the last week. My mood seemed to change this afternoon.  Not sure why though.

Well, not feeling too good today, I have been trying to handle the depression without any meds but I think I am loosing the battle. It may be the time to accept the fact that I need them. Husband is not very supportive so I find that I\'m spending a lot of time on my own. Not good. I started an exercise class but I am finding it hard to get motivated and having to push myself to go. I am only in early stages of PD but sometimes I find it all too hard.

Feeling ok today. I decided to ignore the fact that I have PD for as long as I can. I will still take my meds, but just not think about it too much. I am finding that I am not quite so depressed. This PD came into my body uninvited and I am not impressed to say the least. My children are very supportive but do not live very close so I don\'t see them much. This is ok as they have their own lives to live but ring me on a regular basis. My husband however is not very supportive emotionally. This does cause some problems. We argue constantly about small things and he doesn\'t care as long as he gets what he wants. I have to learn to deal with things at home because when I am stressed the symptoms get worst. I started yoga and I am enjoying it very much. When I get back from Thailand I am going to give Tia Chi a go.

Well not sure what to do, my husband took himself off to Thailand (he booked without telling me) and was due back yesterday. As of yet 24 hrs later still no word. My stress levels are up and my mood is down. No phone call or message. Maybe he just can\'t handle what may lie ahead.

My symptoms aren\'t too bad at the moment but I am having some movement with my head and I am becoming a bit clumsy and don\'t seem to be able to judge distance properly. I am hoping that this is just stress related and not progression.
