Today is My Youngest Daughter's first day of High School. I sent her a text this morning wishing her a Great Day. I don't know if she read it or not. I don't know if she knows how proud I am of her. I don't know anything because she won't talk to me. I feel like My Children have died. I feel horrible. But I am praying for the best. I know this will all be over someday. Then what? Will My oldest still be distant from me? Will she still treat me badly? What am I suppose to accept? I am still feeling confused about how much I am suppose to put up with... I wish I could complete my thoughts about it all. I feel beat down by this brain injury. I feel like no matter what kind of progress I think I am making, I am still not able to figure out how to react to people or what I am suppose to do next. It is all so confusing and lonely. I am trapped in this brain that doesn't know how to work right, I got a 4.0 in College Psychology and I can't figure out how respond to even the simplest things. I am trying to cope with this situation concerning my kids, the everyday life struggles and the ongoing memory breakthroughs that fill my head. Funny, my short term memory has depleted yet my brain has no problem now drudging up these horrific memories of physical, mental, emotional and sexual abuse I suffered as a child. It's like a terrible nightmare that doesn't end when I wake up. At least when I am asleep and dreaming I don't have to face the reality of it all. Where is this life going to take me? What path should I take? Doesn't really matter because I will still wake up press forward. Just so glad I know Jesus. My Rock!
