Youngest son turns 17 sunday, wow, does not seem possible. He informed me this was the suckiest bday ever LOL.. an in between bday, not getting a license, nothing to look forward to.
He is quite a piece of work, I tried to let him know, that though there were no milestones for turning 17, he should rejoice it just the same, cause one day, he will look back, remember how easy life can be.
Im proud of the man he is becoming, much stronger emotionally and physically than me. I do have one concern for him, I hope that my perspective's have not overflowed and become his. He deserves better than that.

Happy Birthday to your son, hope he has an enjoyable day. They grow up so fast, you wonder where the years went. My boys are 26 and 28 but I swear I didn\'t get any older, seems like yesterday...............
He is a lucky boy to have a Dad with a heart like yours...and the love you have for him..don\'t worry too much Randy..what he will take away from having you for a Dad is some pretty wonderful trits I\'ll bet!! You are a blessing in his life and all of ours too!!
