yesterday when i got home from work, was very much looking forward to some time off, today with the weekend almost gone, didnt realize how alone i really am, with the exception of DS i havent seen or heard a friendly voice this weekend,, such is life

I\'ve been there! When I was feeling down and alone, it seemed like everyone else was so caught up in their own life, and I didn\'t want to bother them or reach out. I think it\'s vital to do so though. Eventually I did. Not only did I have DS to turn to, but I was open and honest with friends and family and told them that I needed their support. I told them that I might get negative, but I would pull out of it. Sometimes, you\'ve just GOT to open up and say, \"Help!\"
