Ok here we go for the second time. I had my ultrasound last Wednesday and the found that I have several large fibroids. She was wiling to tell me that, but when she was looking at my left ovary she got very quiet and started to really concentrate on it. She was able to find a heart beat in the vessels of my right ovary but nothing on the left. I asked her what that meant and she said that I was going to have to ask my doc. So I have to make an appointment to see her next week. I'm still really stressed and scared. I have the appointment with the oncologist on the 28th. So that is the next step and my doc scheduled me for a mammogram too. Yeah I just love those. NOT!!! But we finally got the results back from the genetic testing that was done and we have the gene for Breast,Uterine and Cervical cancer. So that got me even more scared. But I have a wonderful mother in law that I talked to and have decided that it is what it is and I am just going to concentrate on making me better. I am still working two days a week but have discovered that for the one day I work it take me a day and a half to "recover" from it. So I don't get much done in the house, but the little bit extra I make has really helped a lot. It's just made it easier to get from paycheck to paycheck. I did find out some good news. The program I am through the state of Washington, will take care of all the tests that I have to have and if I need any type of treatment it is covered too. That took a lot of stress off. I haven't been on line in a few days. Hubby was upgrading our computer. We were given a laptop that the person said was broken, but hubby took a look at it and figured out what was wrong with it, fixed it, and then set it up so I can be online from the couch or the bed if I have to. He knows how much it means to me to have contact with all my DS friends. I have noticed a few new faces and names, I want to welcome you all to DS. You have found a great group of people.

Hi Sue
Hang in there hon! I know how stressful those tests can be and the waiting is even harder. You will get through this. Try not to worry - if it was an emergency the doctor would have told you already. Hugs CathyM
