Well, i have had more mild panicy thoughts today...thankfully it hasnt grown into a full blown P A  and fingers crossed it wont....i think that the fact that ive not had a lot of sleep over the last few days hasnt helped either. this is due to the fact of my baby girl teething and me having a hellish head cold............pah i hate this.
