Been a while journal old pal, well the sleeping hasnt got any better so i think that tonight i am going to take half a diazepam and see if that helps any. I am always reluctant to take these because i want to get into a natural pattern rather than one that is drug induced but how long is it supposed to take?????......weird dreams have been continuing with abundance, i wouldnt mind do much, but they are totally vivid at the time and i can remember nearly all of them when i wake up, which in turn leaves me with a strange feeling that is hard to explain...for example.....dream...mick and i were in a ten story building, but the inside was unfinished so it was like bare brick work and the only stairs were like the metal ladders you get on fire escapes. Seemingly we were climbing to get a surveyor for our house, but on the way we passed by a flat that had a young guy dealing drugs out of it. Then we bumped into an old man who said that the building was his and we didnt have permission to be in it, so he told us to go back down via the old rusty poles from level to level. At one point mick had to climb down some plastic crates so that we could get out........weird or what ??? i can even remember having a feeling of dizzyness as i looked down from the height that we had climbed.......and i am having dreams like this every night.....sometimes more bizaare or frightning or just totally pointless............whats a gal to dottfn xx

Sorry to hear you\'re not sleeping too well. I know what you mean about the diazepam. I find they really help me sleep when I\'m anxious, but you can get into a habit of taking them every night and then they disrupt your natural sleep pattern. I have really weird dreams too. Often I am living in a different period of time, like the Victorian era...strange or what?!
