Found some diazepam....hurrah!!!!  It is slightly out of date since i have had it lying in a bag for three years, but it means i shall sleep again, bliss. Other than that not much to report, i still feel out of sorts and seemingly my blood pressure has went quite low so i have to keep an eye on that, but hay ho on we go.
