Today has been a strange day, feelings a bit all over the place. No panic attacks in one week but it always feels as if one is just around the corner. After trying all sorts of remedies for my panic problem i came across an internet book by a fellow sufferer and he has suggested a different approach to beating this problem, by doing it head on. Basically instead of dreading the next attack he says to welcome it, which sound very weird but i did try it the last time and it seemed to work. The only problem is that i don't really want another one to happen so that i can try it again. swings and roundabouts..
