Good day to all of my friends. I decided to take a break early today. I got things done early, so I have some time, plus dinner tonight is crockpot dinner, gotta love those. Hubby is kinda blue today, has been very quiet. not sure what is going on in his brain. His physical therapist came today and he decided to only work with his arms. He said that his legs were too weak. I know that he gets tired easy, but if you don't use them, they get weaker. On the brighter side of things, I have been doing so much better at knowing what to do, when to do it. Gonna get out of the house on Friday to go shopping with my mother in law for the first time ever. Not sure what I think about that. I love her and all, but we have never done anything like that before. I am being positive about the whole thing, will have to let you all know how it goes. I have decided to have a new positive thought every day. Today's thought: You cannot not have yesterday back, tomorrow is not here yet, make the most of what you have today.

That\'s a great positive thought. You are doing a great job. Perhaps having these things happening to your hubby - her son - has made her realize that life is precious, and that it\'s never too late to spend time with someone. I\'m sure she appreciates you, and even more so now that you are your hubbys caregiver. Hugs and kisses. Deb :0)

ps I find that if I feel irritation of any kind creeping in, when caring for my mother, I breathe slowly and try to throw the irritation out into the air so it vanishes! Or come in here and vent to a friend or get advice and opinions which is so good. I do find that if I show any irritation she is so sensitive, and cannot be understanding of why this might be, so best to keep it to a minimum (if possible..lol) hugz and good to have you with us....Cathrynn X
