i love this font! okay okay aside from this whats on my mind? hmm... a good day at work got an extra hour so should have an okay check. cleaned up my room. because my ex of 7 years an i had slept on my bed for all those years i traded matresses with those in my guest room (ewe glad no one of you is coming over and dont tell my best friend and her family.) i also was tired of having an empty wall so i took pics and do-dads from other areas of my house and put them up so i could really decorate the room. yes, tommorow i will wake up in a fresh clean room! 
tommorow is pdoc time. we will have an interesting conversation. we have alot to chat about. i went belly up last month and he knew about it yet we havent disscussed it. I'm going to talk to him about lithium because i need something that will keep me stable for ahwile not this yeah "ill go into the hosp every three months. yeah! every three months. what a crock! anyway, i need something for sleep too. xanax is great for panic attacks but i dont feel i shouls rely on it for sleep too.
so yeah, its nice that my parents are on a cruise right now. gives me time to do what i want to do instead of having to share with them what i am doing at all times. okay ya'll have a great night and i'll see ya tommorow! 
(wow! i feel good today! what a change! ) prolly cuz i'm happy my pdoc wont be taken away because hes not on my step moms insurance. yeah! what a relief. so bye again

Toodles noodles! Hey, How about that? Isn\'t it amazing how we can turn around so fast? Yeehaw about the matress changaroonie! It\'s so amazing how some changes and cleaning up can have such an impact! Gawd, I\'ve got to clean my house! I know I\'ll feel so much better. I\'ve been down, but I finally realized, I\'m fatigued! *sigh* weird how it\'s hard to read ourselves until we\'re deep in it!
I hope the new meds help soon! And, good luck with the Pdoc! If I could just get an appt., I\'d be happy! *sigh* long story.

Hope your pdoc appointment goes well! Here\'s hoping you will get the meds straightened out. I take lithium too. I\'m so newly diagnosed I don\'t know if it\'s really working or not. I think all it does is just take away the mania but leaves the depression, except the depression isn\'t as bad. I wish I could get something for sleep too. Well, enjoy the solitude of your parent\'s vacation! Hope everything goes well!
