i just wish i knew when i was about to have an episode. i mean i have no idea/. does anyone know how these "charts" work? i need your support right now cuz i go through the tale spins so fast your head would spin!
I just have a little glimpse into fast cycling - happened to me over a month ago for what i believe was the first time. It\'s litterally crazy how things can change in a snap! Charting is an excellent idea. My moods don\'t come on as fast, so I can tell sometimes - but not all the time. Let us know if you can figure it out. If we could only have someone watch us and let us know...then sound the hurricane warning alarm! Ohh, maybe not - would probibly trigger us once again *sigh*
