Doing well on less lithium...really no change. Ive gotten close to a girl at work and i let on that i am bp. Her fiance works at a hosp so i felt safe telling her. I hope that she doesnt treat me any different now. Looking forward to spring break next week. I work in a school but I dont want to get down because i wont have much to do. But my aunts (my dad has twin sisters and my other aunt will be here too.) So that will be fun. Thinking about going to CA on the bus and visiting. Whatever I do It will be good cuz Ive been stable for almost one year now. Yes! one year April um well i dont remember the exact date. But hey im alive happy and healthy...what could be better?

So glad to hear you are feeling better and more optimistic! I see the pdoc today and imagine he\'ll up the dose of my effexor after all the bad days lately. Hey my ankle is starting to heal and my puppy is doing great! I haven\'t forgotten you about lunch, I\'d like to wait until I get this brace off my ankle :-) I\'m seeing my sister Katie next Tuesday but she\'s driving :D Have a wonderful day!
