This is in memory of a very brave and courageous young woman called Kym, who died last week aged 32. She was my sister in law's sister in law and very much a part of our extended family.Several years ago Kym was diagnosed with a very rare and virulent form of abdominal cancer which grew around her internal organs. She had numerous operations and endured many procedures with  an optimism and cheerfulness which were just remarkable.Her funeral today was sad but I dont think a single person there had not been touched by Kym's vibrant personality and her love of life.Yes, her love of life. Whatever it dished up, she lived every moment. She was an inspiration to me. I only have MS. I'm lucky.  I love you Kimmie.
