My legs are a pain in the arse.Ok, I dont have any pain at all but they are so uncooperative. When I wake up in the night my brain says 'turn over' and my legs say ' whaaa???' I feel as though I am wearing plaster casts on both legs sometimes - with NO funny messages written on them.I dont fall over - but that's only because I am so careful and I've finally got through to my darlin' that he cant leave stuff on the floor for me to negotiate. We live on an acre and its not much of a walk to the front gate but it annoys me no end that getting the mail or putting the bins out is a major expedition.I've been using the disabled parks at the supermarket and it totally shits me when I see cars with no permits using the spaces. However, I'm determined not to let it get me down. It's a minor inconvenience, nothing more.At least I have legs and I can walk. I've been thinking of as any songs as I can which are about feet and walking - like 'Tip Toe through the tulips' and 'These feet were made for walking' and 'Run Run Run away' because even if I can't do it, at least I can sing about it.And, believe it or not, the situation actually has an upside. We've become pretty inventive in bed, short of having ropes and pulleys hanging from the ceiling!

Happy New Year, and thanks for the \"laughs..\" What else can you do. I have very little problems with my legs, but I feel my days are numbered. It is amazing how that thought improves my walk by the lake and even around the neighborhood where all the houses are boringly the same. You take care, now!
You go girl... You have the right attitude! Love the idea of ropes and pulleys... Maybe I should get Mr. Wonderful to think on that one... xoxoxo Cj
I often think why not just get the legs taken off. All I do is drag them around. My husband thinks I am morbid but I am just kidding. Or am I? Ms can make your mind turn to mush and you start to have irrational thoughts. You are right you need to stay positive because the world is full of idiots that park in hand zone. Just yesterday my 18yr old daughter wanted to use mine and I set her straight on that! Its off to bed for me......Love, Nancy
I wanted to have my feet amputated in the beginning but I\'m so glad I didnt because now I treat myself to a regular pedicure ( since I cant bend over for long enough to do it myself) and it\'s blissful!
