I will play devils advocate here and be completely upfront with you...yes, you are alone and it probably won't get any easier anytime soon...but I will tell you what you do have...you are alive, you have your mind, your heart and a voice...
I implore you to use those things to survive and to grow...these things will pull you through...they will be your comfort, your network, your ability to thrive...
Help is here, it exists in this community to lift, guide and speak...most of all to speak innumerable truths that you most likely will not find elsewhere...
Today is a new day, yes, one that I know is scary, I have been there multiple times...but as one who has come through, life goes on and at the end of the day that is all that there is...
