A little while ago, I said I had nothing much to say about my situation! Here I am a third time today! What was I thinking? He just gets me sooo mad! Who the hell does he think he is? Oh yeah, he told me to stop being irrational! I laughed at that, too. That was the clue to me that she was standing there listening! Not that I care, but what a jerk! As far as my realtionship goes with him, I am SO glad its over! But now with the custody and the support thing going on, I hate him! He is such an asshole! He really thinks I am going to fall for his tricks again! He wants to do the custody without lawyers. I know its because he thinks he can get away with not paying me as much a I think he should! He thinks he will go to court, and they will say, oh Mr S, you only have to pay x amount you poor man. Your wife left you and now look at you! I feel so sorry for you! But in reality, they will say the opposite! And I think he knows this because why would he want to do it ourselves and not get lawyers involved? He burns me, and pisses me off so much!

Well if you were getting along better I would suggest a paralegal and it would save some cash but since he seems to be such an ass I don\'t think that would work well for you. In CA is all a Formula they look at what you make and what he makes and then they say who owes who to what. Not much a lawyer can do about it.
