Got a letter today from the company that holds the mortgage.  He owes $19,500.00 plus by jan 17th or they are going to foreclose!  My lawyer has a copy, but DAMN!  What an idiot!  I cant believe he has let this get this far   AGAIN!!!  Yes AGAIN!  This is what I was talking about when I said financial problems...he is a total looser when it comes to finances!  Thank GOD we got out!  I dont know where we would be right now if we were still there.  I actually feel really good that this happened.  Why?  Cause it kind of proves my point about him with the finances.  If and when he looses his house, I wont be to blame!  Well, maybe I will, but I have the proof that it wasnt my fault!  Maybe his stupid girlfriend will bail him out and he will shack up with her!  Two stupid people!  They deserve eachother!  I am so glad I am not there any more.  Really, really glad!
