I have to wonder sometimes if my horrible days aren't tied to my menstral cycle. I know that my ex knows how to push my buttons and does horrible crap to me and my kids that hurt horribly, but I sometimes think that this is compounded by my PMS.  Just yesterday he started giving me grief about how he can't afford to pay health insurance and child support for the kids.  Last week I would have been upset and cried about it all day. Yesterday, I just hung up on him and let it roll off my back. I admittedly did try to wean myself down on my Zoloft without my doctor's knowledge (tsk tsk) and had to go back up on the dose and it has helped but I really think I have some wicked PMS.  No wonder I can't get a man!!

Men actually trigger PMS in females so don\'t feel bad it just happens to be one of our bad side effects.
I remember the first time I hung up on my wife when she was going off on me and it felt so good that now it has become a common practice.
Don\'t let that butt-head get to you, let him know that if he can\'t talk nice then you will simply hang up on him every time and he\'ll learn quickly.

I was thinking, here is a better way to view PMS. How about Permissible Man Slaughter in your case?
