For weeks now I've had this horrible feeling.  It's a constant anxiety.  The whole "I should do something, I have to get up, I have to go now." kind of thing.  But I have no energy or motivation for anything.  I do some things that I should consider major accomplishments, but I still feel like I should be doing something.  I can't do anything enjoyable.  That would mean that I'm doing something that I'm not supposed to be doing.  I should be doing housework, packing, taking care of bills and "business".  I feel like an alien in my own  body.

HannaHana my good pal where have u been? I actually have gotton off the xanies it caused me to be depressed so i am back on klonopins. The xanie would work fast in my system as far as anxiety but when it wore off i would be a complete wreck. I spoke to my doc about it and she said she has had many of her patients complain about it. So now i am on klonopin and I don\'t have to feel the depression coming along once the xanie wears off. talk to your doc. Hope u feel better. ((HUGS))
