I've been taking my Metformin twice a day for a week now. The bad side effects have finally gone away. Yay! Since it's the holidays, it's hard to stay away from sweets. I am really going to crack down after the holidays. I promise! LOL
You can do it! And...side effects of Metformin should be better when you start cracking down too. I have a friend who is on it - and when she eats certain things she\'s not supposed to - she feels decidedly unwell.
Russ and I are diabetics too and he takes Metformin...The V.A. are still out one the meds for me. You are right about the holidays. Our neighbors bring us sweets. We try so hard but...
I know you can do well. Russ has had good reports for over a year now on the metformin.
