So glad I found this site.   Definitely nice to read and chat with other folks about their experiences.   It's Day 2, post surgery #2.   Had my 2nd surgery on August 2nd.   About to do another sitz bath in an hour.   The warts removed this time were a lot smaller and I'm not bleeding as much as I did after my first surgery back on March 22.   I stopped taking the pain meds Saturday afternoon and had my first bowel movement around that time as well.   It wasn't painful at all and barely any blood which was good.
I probably could drive somewhere today since I'm not on the pain meds but will stay home.  Also will still not do any heavy lifting for another 8 days.  
I do feel a little tingle here and there but I'm hoping it's just scar tissue healing and not more warts.
Actually feeling good for the moment.
