Hello dear friendsI am soo happy to finally be back here, I've missed my daily visit soo much, and now it seems like the whole Holiday thing is finally at it's end.Since we were both diagnosed in 2000, and quit drinking, we always spend the New Years Eve home alone, and love it that way.So for us the holidays are at it's end.Christmas was great. We had our dinner party, everything was good, the company, the food, the kids had a ball outside in the snow.The next day went shoppong with my teenage daughter, you know Boxing Day, well we spent the day in stores trying to find a good buy, ect....Today I am just very happy that a New year is around the corner, and I still have my family here to come to visit every day if possible.Hope everyone had a great time, and had a safe, happy holiday season.Sending you all a great big hug, and I missed you all soo muchMckenzieone day at the time

Hi My Dear Friend McKenzie, I too am ready for the New Year and praying it brings better days ahead, I guess I done alittle much on the walking in the woods with the grandson and paying for it now!! But life goes on and will get better I know, i did\'nt get any snow :( on Christmas Eve it was 50 degrees sure did\'nt seem like Christmas weather.i\'m glad to hear yours turned out so good and now it\'s time with your mate, for some reason I feel alful lonely without anyone to share New Years with but that too will pass I guess I know it is the holiday blues!!! :) must smile no sense in crying that won\'t change a thing !!!! I am so glad your Holidays were good to you. We havent drank in years either...dont miss it at all!!! I feel hungover enought on TX dont think I ever want this feeling again!!! I was at the mall looking for deals too!!! Love to shop!!! Have a Happy New Years!! Love Joan
