Lack of sleep leads to lack of energy and patience
I am totally addicted to cable television.
I must get up at least 4 times a night to go to the washroom, and while I'm up I always put on the television and check for a good show, and yes smoke at least one cigarette.
I do this every bloody night, which is why I tend to be soo tired at night. I do take my anti-depressant, but the problem is I must take it too late. So I'm going to start taking them earlier in the day, this way by the time I land in my bed, I should be able to sleep a few hours straight.
It's sunday, the temperature here in east ontario, canada is lovely, not too cold, and the sun is shinning like crazy. With the snow, you absolutely need sunglasses out there. lol.
Might go for a cruise later on, I need to pick up my daughter, tomorrow school.

Well, let me tell ya Mc. I got woke up at 6 this morning. Heard Mike in the bathroom having trouble with his morning consistuion(sp). Thought,\'What tha hell is he doin\' in there?\'
Then I heard daddy comin\' out of his room wanting to know if coffee was ready.
I got up and made my appearance...sayin\',\"What tha hell you guys doin\' up at 6 in the mornin\' on a Sunday?\" They both gave me this damn ass look and I knew where that was gonna go. Mike says,\"I\'ve got to go pick up some supplies to work on a car.\" I says,\"It\'s 6 in the morning on a Sunday! No place is open!\" He says,\"Wal Mart.\"
There sits daddy. He didn\'t get asked to go to Wal Mart at 6 in the morning on Sunday to pick up autobody supplies...he was stuck with a pissed off daughter.
What a way to start your day.
Lucy had hold of Nookers tail. Nookers wasn\'t a happy camper at all.
I turned around and went back to bed.
It\'s hard to try and go back to sleep when someone\'s already pissed ya off tho. So...I just laid there and fumed for awhile.
I don\'t drink much coffee. Caffen...caffine...that stuff that makes you want to go fast...ain\'t my friend. I don\'t need it. So...I just sit and watch everyone else drink it and act crazy.
