Good morning to all of you good friends.Well yesterday I managed to do some of my housework, but didn't complete in mind that I would finish off today, well today I am tired and have a 7/10 pain, and no go at all. This is when we need to be patient with ourselves. It gets very hard especially when you plan in your mind all night what you have to do the next day, and you get up and know immediately what kind of day we wil have. For the moment I am down, cannot function, but might be better this afternoon, I hope :)PATIENCE, AND PATIENCE AND MORE PATIENCE....... it's hard but what else can I do. :(Will try to type in another blod on "Wellness while living with chronic hep c" later...

Just rest friend,I know how hard it is on us when we can\'t get done what needs to be done...I have a problem with compultion to have things in it\'s place but now I am kind of getting out of it a little..Thank God...Love you friend...Pam
Yes patience, my friend, a little at a time. Things will wait but our own health comes first. Alexandria
dear friend..you are very wise...we all need patience...with our illnesses at hand we often feel too drained or in pain to do anything...do not be harsh on yourself...you are too precious a friend to do that! :) love you!
Hey McKenzie I know how that goes. I have good intents and a body that has a hard time carrying on at times. It will get better. Sometimes its good to just pamper yourself and rest and relax if you can. Take care. Peace and Love
Oh McKenzie how right you are about having things planned and not feeling like doing them when it comes time, it makes it hard to plan anything ,\"one day at a time\" Life is\'nt much fun anymore but I just keep pushing on to make whatever i can at the time. Hugs & prayers,BlueEyed
Hello Mckenzie,
Been in bed all day - stiff & rigid with arthritis: we have equinoxial gales - afraid my bedroom window\'s going to blow in - v.v.low air pressure! I know what you mean - body just won\'t work & so much to do - including getting to pharmacist to get arthritis meds! That\'s my memory. For you it seems so cruel that you have been through so much with the HepC treatment & even though you are cured, you are stuck with all these adverse drug effects - is the prognosis cheerful, or do they just not know? My aim for tomorrow is just to get up, & have a shower! I think I stink! - nobody here to warn me. Look after you, Fond regards, JaneD.
